Range Distribution - Returns Policy

Range Distribution only sells brands and products we have tested and trusted ourselves, but we understand there are situations where you amy want to return something, or purchase something knowing that this option simply exists.

For Faulty Items: If your item is faulty under warranty, you may apply for a refund/credit, repair, or replacement item. The type of remedy (refund, repair or replacement) will be determined by if the fault is minor or major, but we will always try to help in the most practical way possible. Please get in touch with us to start any warranty process, and organise returning the item to us. 

For Unwanted Items: If you changed your mind, or decide that you don't want the item anymore, we are happy to accept these within 30 calendar days of purchase date as long as the product is still sealed in the box, and was not specially ordered in to fill your order. You must arrange postage back to us. We will determine if store credit, or refund is given in this situation, taking all things into account. If you have opened the package, we cannot guarantee a return will be possible, but we may consider offering a partial refund depending on the condition of the item and packaging.

For Packing/Shipping Errors: If you received a different product to what you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can arrange collection of the incorrect product, and shipping of the correct product! We will always cover the costs of freight in this case.
